Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service is designed to bring you the absolute best results and experience. Our technicians are IICRC trained and follow the industry standard guidelines for cleaning.
This service includes:
Pre-Inspection. We will walk through the areas to be cleaned with you and address any problem areas or stains on your carpet. This will give us a better understanding of your cleaning needs, allowing us to properly assess the situation.
Vacuuming of the areas to be cleaned. Dry vacuuming removes 74%-79% of the dry particulate soils embedded in your carpets. These soils can not be broken down with cleaning solvents.
Furniture movement. We are able to move most furniture in your home in order to clean under areas they cover. When needed, your furniture will have plastic tabs or styrofoam blocks placed under the contact points to prevent varnish or rust stains while the carpets dry.
Cleaning. Your carpets will be pre-conditioned with a professional carpet pre-spray first. This step will break down soils and allow the soil suspension necessary for extraction.
Rinsing. Soil is now extracted using a rinsing agent that includes a deodorization additive. This helps to neutralize odors in your carpet and will leave your carpets soft and residue free.
Stain Treatments. After rinsing has been done, any remaining stains are now treated using specialized stain treatments depending on the type of stain.
Drying. Floors fans are placed on your carpets to help speed up the drying process. These fans direct airflow down towards the carpet face and extend out 360 degrees to maximize the drying area. Carpets we clean are typically dry within 1 to 6 hours depending on carpet type and indoor airflow.
Grooming. The last step in the cleaning is grooming of the carpet face. This helps to give a uniform finished look to your carpet and helps with the drying process by leaving the carpets fibers in a more upright position.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our upholstery cleaning service is designed to bring you the absolute best results and experience. Our technicians are IICRC trained and follow the industry standard guidelines for cleaning.
This service includes:
Pre-Inspection. We will inspect the upholstery to be cleaned with you and address any problem areas or stains on your fabric. This will give us a better understanding of your cleaning needs, allowing us to properly assess the situation.
Vacuuming of the upholstery. We will dry vacuum any debris present on your upholstery or in crevices. The majority of pet hair is removed at this time. In some cases where heavy pet traffic is present it is impossible to remove pet hair 100%.
Cleaning. Your upholstery will be pre-conditioned with a professional upholstery pre-spray first. This step will break down soils and allow the soil suspension necessary for extraction.
Rinsing. Soil is now extracted using a rinsing agent that includes a deodorization additive. This helps to neutralize odors in your upholstery fibers and will leave your upholstery fiber soft and residue free.
Stain Treatments. After rinsing has been done, any remaining stains are now treated using specialized stain treatments depending on the type of stain.
Drying. In some cases fans may be used to assist in drying. However, the design of
the cleaning tool minimizes how wet your upholstery gets and most cleanings are dry within an hour.
Subsurface Urine Extraction
In some severe cases where pet urine has penetrated into the carpet backing and padding it is impossible to treat with normal carpet cleaning. In these cases the use of a subsurface extraction tool is required.
This service includes:
Pre-Inspection. We will inspect the areas affected with you and assess the extent of the urine damage present. This will give us a better understanding of your cleaning needs, allowing us to properly assess the situation. Pricing for these situations vary and depends on the extent of the damage present.
Treatment. The affected area is flooded with a detergent first to help breakdown the organic material present in the carpet and padding. This is then extracted using the subsurface tool. We then flood the affected area again using a hydrogen peroxide treatment that helps in neutralizing any remaining odors. This is then also extracted with the same tool.
After this treatment has been done normal carpet cleaning procedures are performed.
Carpet & Fabric Protection
We use Scotchgard brand carpet and upholstery protectants when requested by clients. This product will help protect your carpet and upholstered furniture by repelling soil, oil-based soils, water-based soils, and common household food and beverage stains.
